Alumni Transcript Request Directions:
- If it has been 4 years or less since your graduation date, you may request a free transcript by contacting the high school office at 419-622-5171 ext 209.
- If it has been more than 4 years please CLICK HERE to request a transcript through Parchment. There will be a small fee for this request that can be submitted at the time of the request.
- If you have not received your transcript request through Parchment in 5 working days, please call the high school. There may be additional information that we need.
