PHONE NUMBERS: Please let the office know if your cell phone or land line phone number changes. Current phone numbers have always been very important to be able to contact parents when necessary. Now, they are even more important since the Wayne Trace Local Schools have implemented the Honeywell Alert System. Please let Tammie know immediately so numbers can be updated in all records as well as in the Honeywell Alert System. Tammie can be reached by phone (419-263-2512, option #4), by writing a note and sending with a student, or by email ([email protected])
ABSENCES: When a student misses a day of school the parent needs to either send in a note, call the school (419-263-2512, option #4, or email Tammie ([email protected]). If the office does not receive a note, call, or email, the student will be marked unexcused. After ten unexcused absences or tardies the state requires the student to be turned into the Paulding County Truant Officer who works with the Paulding County Juvenile Judge.
LUNCH TIMES @ WTPE: Preschool and YK @ 11:00, Kindergarten @ 11:15 am, 1st gr @ 11:30 am, 2nd gr @ 11:55 am, 3rd gr @ 12:10 pm, 4th gr @ 12:25 pm, 5th gr @ 12:40 pm, 6th gr @ 12:55 pm. Lunch prices PS-6th $2.90, Reduced $.40, and Adults $3.60 MILK $.50

STAYING AFTER SCHOOL: When students stay after school for any reason - Kidzone, BB Practice - they must have a note every time they stay.
