First of all, let me begin by saying how grateful I am to the Board of Education for giving me the opportunity to serve as the superintendent of Wayne Trace Local Schools.   To serve this community and its students is truly an honor.  I have been with the Wayne Trace Local School District for the past four years as the principal at Payne Elementary.  During that time, I have gained a tremendous respect for the Wayne Trace community, and a love for the tradition and values the community holds dear.  It is my intention to do the very best job possible for the community, the students, and the staff at Wayne Trace.

                

I look forward to the 2022-2023 school year and the successes that we will achieve.  I know firsthand the staff at Wayne Trace are dedicated and driven to see the students succeed.  The staff are truly the backbone of this district, and deserve much credit for the success Wayne Trace is used to.  

                

Our focus this school year will be to implement PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) and to assess our schools’ safety plans and insure that all three buildings are prepared and updated should there ever be a need to react to a situation.  I look forward to working with the Board of Education, staff, students, and community to continue to make Wayne Trace the excellent school district that it is.
